Students up to nineteen years old travelling between their home and government-run schools and colleges can make use of a pre-paid Go School travel card with each journey costing 50p.  There are three types of Go School cards, primary school children, secondary school students and full-time students (16-19) attending University College, the latter is not on sale at the station.  Go School cards are valid during term time up until 5.30pm.  Go College cards are valid during college term time up to 9.30pm to allow students to access evening classes.  Between 6.0pm and 9.30pm the card can only be used on journeys leaving the University College and its out buildings. A valid college identity card must also be carried and shown to the driver.  All cards are not valid on weekends or during school holidays - standard fare will apply to these journeys.
