Another first for 2010 saw the inception of the Hop-Tu-Naa (Manx for Halloween) Ghost Trains which used the station as their terminus for an onward event including a ghost walk around the narrow streets of the ancient capital, for which the station was dressed overall.

On arrival back at Douglas Station there was a marquee erected in the car park for the serving of refreshments to passengers, and the train was hauled by No.4 Loch as seen below.  This would become an annual treat and remains today, though now it is a dining experience.
