The Friends Of... volunteers invested further as part of their ongoing commitment to improve the site, in 2026 this involved an entire new set of signage which has been provided by The Copy Shop and represents an investment of nearly £1,300.00.  These signs have been produced in a period style in the familiar green and cream scheme for the station and include four new running in boards which have been erected at both ends of each platform in replacement of time-expired versions, including two new ones located at the northern extremity of the site, one by the water tower and another next to the goods yard.

Directional signage has also been provided, including a number of Way Out signs, a new a-frame sign directing visitors to the gift shop; a new sign for stepped access to the adjacent Poulsom Park has also been provided as well as a number of refreshed panels which will take their place in the waiting room, also redecorated in 2026 as another project.  Two new interpretive panels explaining the histories of the Advertisment Hoarding and replica Cattle Dock have also been provided, including summary histories and historical photographs of these two features with relative links3.
